As Maryland architects, our designing and directing a distant construction project combining two apartments into one new luxury residence could have easily been a problematic experience, especially in the supervision aspect of the work.  We were most fortunate to have employed Jeff Graf of Graf Construction as general contractor for all aspects of the renovation.  Every member of his team from the tile setters to the electricians, finish cabinet makers, painters and marble & stone installers were prompt, courteous, professional and represented a great value to our client. 

Jeff is one of the finest quality contractors, with which we have ever had the privilege to associate. He was:

  • quickly grasp all aspects of the total project
  • foresee possible difficulties
  • keep the project moving swiftly forward

All of his experience came with a friendly, "can do" attitude that never changed throughout the completion of the last item on the punch list.  A contractor like Jeff is extremely hard to find and certainly was truly appreciated by us and our clients.
