L-W Construction was established in 1978 in Ohio.  With knowledge and experience in all phases of construction, primary operations consisted of sub-contracting framing and finish trim carpentry of single-family homes, multi-family, and commercial buildings.  The company was also general contracting additions and renovations.

Mr. Graf became licensed by the State of Florida as a General Contractor in May 1982, the highest designation of contractor awarded by the Dept. of State Professional Regulation. 

In 1982 he formed a new company, Jeffrey E. Graf, General Contractor, Inc.  Mr. Graf has filled the capacities of CEO, General Manager, Construction Supervisor, Estimator, Salesman and Carpenter.  The company made continual growth as it took on building and design of custom single-family homes and was profitable. By 1985, Mr. Graf was well known as a very conscientious quality minded builder of fine homes.  During the next five years Jeffrey E. Graf General Contractors designed and built many custom homes as well as extensive renovations.

Mr. Graf began property management in 1992 initially for clients and ultimately for himself.

Diversification has given Jeffrey E. Graf and his company a wider and stronger level of knowledge and expertise. Mr. Graf began working on commercial projects in 1995 by performing all the activities involved in the acquisition, design, site development, consultation, and construction contracting of a large auto service plaza.  He expanded his services to performing feasibility studies and negotiating contracts, working directly in market research for properties to purchase for potential development projects.  Recently, this expansion led to the development of a 36-unit warehouse/office condominium project in Pompano Beach.

Mr. Graf and his family have resided in Plantation Florida  for over 20 years
